Imagine a day where you wake up and feel so much love that you think you have died and gone to heaven then you discover that you are truly alive and well. Sounds good doesn’t it!
Many of us wake up each day filled with the promise of a fresh start and a day filled with divine miracles where each moment is filled with such loving grace. Only to get out of bed and say, “Welcome to the real world,” when encounter our selves in the bathroom mirror. We have yet to realize the power of true infinite unconditional love for ourselves.
Sure, we think that we love ourselves and we love others unconditionally, but the reality is, if we did we wouldn’t ever judge ourselves or another in any shape or form. We would truly look at ourselves exactly as we are in the mirror and feel such joy and gratitude for the love that have for ourselves. When was the last time you were able to do that?
Perhaps as you follow my story of raw emotions and thoughts you will be empowered with the courage and strength to step into the full power of who you are as a being of infinite unconditional love! It is my hope that you will receive many blessings as you are taken on a journey of discovery, insights, empowerment, inspiration & more as I open up and share with the world my personal health journey.
It is time to come out of the pantry to live a healthier life being true to our self and our inner spirit! Now let us take a deep breath in and out, grab a journal for your personal journey and let us begin discovering.
